YOGA & POTTERY: Boobs & Vulva Pinch Pots

Join Lulu & Lucy for what is sure to be both a hilariously fun, nourishing, sentimental and embodying afternoon.

In this workshop we will first be guided on a journey through gentle movement inwards, through the journey of our own experience of body acceptance throughout all stages of our life. Moving into a space of restfulness, openness, gratitude, connection & embodiment through the power of finely somatic yoga.

Then we’ll head over to the farmhouse kitchen and discover the meditative art of pinch pot pottery in this beautifully intended workshop. A selection of boob bowls and vulva bowls will be on display by our potter, the wonderful Lucy Pashley, who will guide us through the making process and teach us traditional hand-building techniques to help us create our boobs and vulva creations.
