YOGA & POETRY MORNING 📝☕️✨

On Saturday 29th November Shay and Lulu will be holding a container of peace & creativity

An hour of super gentle yoga with Lulu, to stretch out the body and breathe deep. Creating space in body our body and mind, and come back to ourselves through the powerful medicine of yoga.

When our minds and bodies have been lovingly attended to, Shay will guide us through one of his revered poetry, lyric writing workshops.

First performing his poem “I come from”, and then leading us into a reflective journey to remember where we come from. What was unique and memorable to the era of our childhood. What we remember with love and joy, what we remember with sorrow and pain. A process of journalling to give space to all that arises, all that feels poignant and significant.
