Winter Solstice Somatic Rave & Breathwork

In this session we will begin with meditation and intention setting, before exploring somatic movement - movement led by the body - letting our body respond to the melody and rhythm of Ibizan, world music: finding our flow, our way. Releasing tension and limitations and stagnancy within the body, and moving towards liberation.

Then we’ll delve into a breathwork journey to cleanse the body and invite in deep peace.

Before being guided into a visualisation and intentional practice for the year and chapter ahead.

Bring removeable layers, blankets, journal and pen, water. And prepare for a powerful, connecting, alive-ing, inspiring, shifting beginning.
