An experience that draws us to wholeness, to take up space, to find our voice, to find safety and connection in our body, to live in truth and authenticity, to say what needs to be said, felt what needs to be felt, do what needs to done, be what is ready to be - to live the life that is ours to live, to align with and fulfil our potential - as fully as we can possibly live it.
💫 16 consecutive Wednesdays 6:30–8:30pm in YOMI Studio
💫 Plus 15 consecutive online somatic sessions on Sundays 9:30 - 10:30am (recording can be sent)
💫 Retreat Day in 2027 (date agreed with whole group during the course) including an optional night in 5-star Airbnb house
