(with a one-week pause on 11th February)

The Embodied Woman is a 12-week immersive journey for women ready to come home to themselves - to their bodies, their truth, their voice, and their power. We will immerse ourselves in somatic practices, taking deep, energetical healing into our hands and raising our frequency through somatic practices. Learning to alrer outdated behaviours and requiring triggers with somatic tools, and daily somatic tools to remain in uplifted alignment. We will journey through inner child, womb and ancestral healing journeys to tend to wounds and self concepts which came to be from all stages of life, leading us to embody who we truly are, the essence of the divine mother.
