The Embodied Woman is a 12-week immersive journey for women ready to come home to themselves - to their bodies, their truth, their alignment, their fullness and their power. We will immerse ourselves in somatic practices, taking deep, energetical healing into our hands and raising our frequency. Learning to alter outdated behaviours and overcoming triggers with somatic tools, and daily somatic tools to remain in uplifted alignment. The 12 weeks will be a guided, conscious healing process through our inner child, womb, ancestral healing journeys to tend to wounds and self concepts which came to be from all stages of life, leading us to embody who we truly are, and our divine mother, divine feminine energy.
