SOUND BATH EVENING

After many requests, Lulu is finally offering sound-only evenings.

A time to arrive ready to nestle into your space and simply receive - for an hour of blissfully grounding, restorative sound healing.

Come in your cosy clothes and bring your pillow, blanket, eye mask, socks, hot water bottle, teddy! Anything to create the most cosy surroundings you can.

An hour to slow down, zoom out, switch off & breathe deep.

It’s easy to forget how important taking a little time for ourselves is. And something as simple as this, an hour of actual rest, is sometimes exactly what our soul is looking for.

This session is ideal for those of you who don’t fancy the movement, stretching side of Lulu’s other events. As this one’s focussed on simply being, stillness, receiving.
