Somatic movement is a deeply healing practice that invites us to come home to the body: to feel, release, and reconnect. Through intuitive, embodied movement, we begin to turn our awareness inward, giving space to emotions, stories, narratives within us to gently unfold, be processed, understood, and released.

In this session, we move with curiosity and feeling. Not to perform, but to feel. It’s not about how it looks, it’s purely about how it feels. We create a little bubble around us and we let the body lead the way, trusting her wisdom. With each rhythm and each breath, we soften into presence and meet ourselves with compassion, observing whatever arises from a place of loving awareness.
