After I (Lulu) attended Gigi’s workshop as part of her own monthly healing, I knew I had to bring it over for the YOMI community to experience.
This multi layered and energising 1.5 hour SOMA Breath® & Movement session will take you on a journey of releasing tension and inviting in bliss.
So often we live in our heads, either avoiding or craving specific emotions and states, and this ultimately leads to disconnection and suffering within ourselves.
In this session, Georgie will guide you through a sensory journey, starting with somatic based movement followed by an energising science-backed rhythmic SOMA Breath® practice to increase a greater sense of connection to our bodies, to a higher way of thinking and to unlocking our full potential in this life.
