Renaissance: 7 Week Cleanse & Purify

“Renaissance” is French for ‘Rebirth’, and in Latin, ‘be born.’

My own healing journey recently has called me to something deeper. A need to cleanse, renew, reset, rebirth.

To choose practices which bring us into the body and literally purify, renew & rejuvenate us at a cellular, energetic level.

Time to shake off, breathe out & move through old scripts, stagnant ways of being, heavy blockages & outdated parts of our selves.

Zoning in on the practices I offer which undeniably raise our body’s vibration & create a clear vessel where energy is free flowing, and we can live our lives in flow.

Time to rewrite the scripts that bind us, time to vibrate out of the blueprint keeping us stuck in any way. Altering our frequency so that old ways simply can’t continue to exist in these new vibrational bodies.
