To lovingly attend to our bodies,

To receive nourishing healing sound & rest

Mamas of all stages: expecting, finding their feet and well seasoned - I invite you to come gather in a circle of mothers, so that we can share, connect, understand, realise, release and grow.

This beautiful session will be a space for us to be held. To be seen and heard, and for our body to receive some well deserved nourishment through gentle stretching, and for us to ground and be realigned through healing sound (and homemade healthy cake to end 🥰)
