As we draw closer to the end of another year, let’s gather together and cultivate. Let’s grow so we can thrive. Let’s pause, reflect and allow integration of all the lessons and blessings of this past year.

A day’s journey through somatic healing practices such as movement, yoga, breathwork and sound. Getting into healing on more subconscious levels through shadow work and authentic relating. And connecting with deeper rooted aspects of ourselves via inner child healing and womb connection.
