Let’s end the year of the snake, and dance into the year of the fire horse with some firey intention and deep attunement

The Year of the Fire Horse officially commences on Tuesday 17th (and Lulu’s birthday is Monday 16th!) so let’s gather together at the start of this powetrful portal to move, dance, breathe, manifest & begin💥

In this session we will begin with an intention setting, heart opening cacao ceremony, before exploring somatic movement, movement led by the body, letting our body respond to the melody and rhythm of Ibizan, world music, finding our flow, our way. Releasing tension and limitations and stagnancy within the body, and moving towards liberation.

Then we’ll delve into a mini breathwork journey to cleanse the body and invite in deep peace.

Before being guided into a visualisation and intentional practice for the year and chapter ahead.
