Cacao, Somatic Rave & Breathwork

What better way to honour this years summer solstice and welcome these powerful energies into our portal, dancing ourselves into our next chapter, our next layer, our next season 🌞

In this session we will begin with an intention setting, heart opening cacao ceremony, before exploring somatic movement, movement led by the body, letting our body respond to the melody and rhythm of Ibizan, world music, finding our flow, our way. Releasing tension and limitations and stagnancy within the body, and moving towards liberation.

Then we’ll delve into a mini breathwork journey to cleanse the body and invite in deep peace.

Before being guided into a visualisation and intentional practice for the year and chapter ahead.

Bring removeable layers, blankets, journal and pen, water. And prepare for a powerful, connecting, alive-ing, inspiring, shifting beginning.
