A Day of Realigmnent
After a decade of holding retreats, I feel as though I have struck the perfect balance of days which promote both rest and growth.
A day which allows pockets of real space for us to tune inwards and really connect with our Self, as well as experiences which offer insight, inspiration and new direction, and catalyse deep self understanding and tangible personal growth.
The energy that each group brings is always unique, always exactly what it’s meant to be.
