💫 15 consecutive Wednesdays 6:30–9pm in YOMI Studio
💫 Plus 14 consecutive online somatic sessions on Fridays 5:30-6pm (recording can be sent)
💫 Retreat Day in 2027 (date agreed with whole group during the course) including a night in 5-star Airbnb house
